Best solution is to reset the chrome browser.
For resetting it , Select Settings —-> Show Advance Settings –> Reset browser settings (at bottom)
If this does not solve :
1. Set ip to static
2. Close Chrome Browser
3. Run cmd as administrator
4. type “netsh winsock reset”
5. Change DNS Server to another value say 126.96.36.199 or 188.8.131.52
